Development Manager - Denver

An industrial real estate developer focused 100% on industrial and logistics projects across 15+ states is adding to their team in the Denver metro area.

About the role

The Development Manager is responsible for the execution of land development and vertical construction projects, working closely with development executives and General Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of consultants for survey, geotechnical review, environmental, legal, zoning, permitting, etc.
• Review survey/title information, easements, environmental data, zoning, governing agency requirements, utilities, etc.
• Create predevelopment cost budgets and schedules.
• Oversee third-party preconstruction and design teams.
• Manage the schedule, cost, and change order reviews.
• Review monthly development draws and submit with approval recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or real estate.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on industrial builds from cradle to grave.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be local to Colorado.
