What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage Global Developments and engineers working on them.
- End-to‑end technical development of seatbelt systems.
- Own design decisions, system integration, and technical direction of projects being lead out of AAM.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customer, and internal requirements.
- Drive validation, testing, and readiness for production launch.
- Cook up cross-functional teams to deliver on cost, quality, and timing targets.
What Is Required
- Bachelor's in Engineering required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years in Seatbelt design and development.
