About the role
We are seeking a relationship builder who loves connecting with donors and growing annual giving. This role involves cultivating and stewarding donors, helping expand ARC's annual giving program, and identifying future major gift opportunities while partnering closely with our Director of Development.
What You'll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with annual donors and prospective supporters
- Cultivate, steward, and solicit annual gifts
- Identify future major gift prospects and partner with the Director of Development
- Lead donor engagement campaigns and stewardship initiatives
- Use fundraising systems and data to strengthen donor relationships and support growth

- Salary range: $80,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience
