Development Engineer - Vapor/Thermal Etch, Advanced DRAM Wet Etch

We are seeking a Principal/MTS Process Development Engineer specializing in Vapor/Thermal etching to join our innovative Advanced DRAM Technology Development team. In this role, you will develop and integrate advanced etching processes for next-generation DRAM, lead feasibility studies, troubleshoot complex process challenges, and drive process roadmaps to achieve program and yield goals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with process integration, equipment, and hardware vendorscontributing to intellectual property and evaluating emerging technologiesowning process development using state-of-the-art tooling Requirements include a PhD with 5+ years or a master’s with 7+ years of professional experience10+ years in physics, chemistry, materials science, or related fieldsexpertise in semiconductor manufacturing and etch process developmentstrong problem-solving skills using root-cause analysis and modeling techniques Preferred skills encompass statistical process control (SPC)programming or scripting for data analysis and automationapplying AI tools for process optimization and data interpretation Join us to work on cutting-edge technology, collaborate across teams, and contribute to process innovation in the semiconductor industry.
