Job Description
The Development Coordinator will support the CEO with high-level stewardship tasks, maintain development data, coordinate with the Board of Directors, and manage the Bench Adoption program.
Primary Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of experience in nonprofit development or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, including interacting professionally with senior leadership and board members.
- Data-centric! Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with experience in maintaining data integrity and generating reports.
- Comfortable learning and working with online platforms like GoFundMe and other digital tools for data tracking, communication, and campaign management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation
- Annual Salary Range between $60,000 - $68,000/year, based on experience
- Flexible hours and schedule
