What You’ll Be Doing

Be the primary liaison to the development community in terms of the commercial development process and processing permits, calculate all associated development fees, and monitor project timelines.

Schedule and attend development meetings with external customers and internal departments and provide follow-up directions.

Communicate proactively with project representatives to help guide them through the City’s development process, including pre-development, plan review and permitting, construction, and close-out.

Maintain and organize precise timelines of development projects and proactively navigate each through the City’s processes, including all permitting software functions.
