About the role

The Development Coordinator provides the administrative and data backbone behind Ada's fundraising work, operating as part of a small team led by the Director of Foundation & Major Gifts and the Director of Corporate & Workplace Giving. The Coordinator is responsible for Salesforce data integrity, gift processing, and reconciliation, while supporting grant research and application prep, donor communications, and cultivation event logistics.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Highly detail-oriented

Pay

An hourly pay rate of $30-33 per hour (DOQ)

Schedule

A hybrid position, with one day per week in the office for team meetings, event support, mail processing, etc.
