Developing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of your team, keeping work moving and priorities clear
• Build and maintain our culture of urgency and accountability
• Coach, train, and develop your team; take real ownership of their growth
• Mentor team members through challenges, not just tasks, and invest in where they go next
• Spot what’s broken or inefficient and create better ways of doing things
• Partner with leadership to shape and execute strategy for your area

About Balance

Hybrid position
In-person on Tuesdays in Glastonbury, CT – every other day is work from home
1 evening a week required (Monday through Thursday)
Flexibility in the remainder of the week to ensure a total of 40 hours for work/life balance
We provide full work-from-home functionality
