Our client is seeking a Developer/Software Engineer (Systems Engineer) to support their modernization initiative. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a systems support professional with experience in enterprise content management, personalization platforms, API integrations, and application support.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support enterprise content management, personalization, and API-driven platforms
- Manage system configurations, workflows, data structures, and tagging schemas within AEP and JSON Services
- Support integrations between content management systems, personalization platforms, and service APIs
- Perform configuration validation, release readiness reviews, and quality assurance before deployments
- Monitor platform performance using Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot incidents related to content workflows, personalization rules, and API services while collaborating with vendor support teams
- Document system configurations, integration mappings, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Provide technical support, platform guidance, user access management, demonstrations, and training to business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise content management, personalization, or API-based platforms
- Hands-on experience with RWS Tridion CMS, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and API-driven services
- Strong SQL querying skills
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Proficiency using API testing tools such as Postman
- Experience working with monitoring tools including Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Systems Engineering or Application Support Lead role
- Experience supporting high-volume enterprise applications
- Knowledge of cross-platform integrations and enterprise service configurations
- Experience with data governance, tagging frameworks, and personalization strategies
- Strong documentation and process improvement experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Schedule
- Hybrid work model: Monday–Thursday onsite in Orlando, FL; Friday remote
Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $65.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on experience, technical expertise, and overall qualifications.
