Build and nurture an engaged community. Respond to comments, understand what resonates, and iterate on what works.

Inspire:

Tell stories of what people are building. Champion the entrepreneurs, creators, and dreamers using Blink to bring ideas to life.

Required:

• Existing YouTube channel or Instagram account with a real following (show us your work)
• Proven ability to create engaging video content—tutorials, educational content, or tech explainers
• Excellent content sense: you know what makes people click, watch, and share
• Comfortable on camera with a natural, authentic presence
• Passion for AI, no-code tools, or helping people build things

Nice to Have:

• Experience in developer relations, technical education, or creator economy
• Understanding of YouTube algorithm and growth strategies
• Basic technical background (you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to learn and demo products)
• Video editing skills or experience managing production workflows
