About the role

The role is part of the Trustworthy AI Growth team at a company focused on developing cutting-edge AI solutions. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining robust infrastructure and workflow scheduling systems to support the development and deployment of AI models.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient infrastructure and workflow scheduling systems using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Apache Kafka, Fiddler, Apache Spark, and other relevant technologies.
  • Implement and manage machine learning models for trust building, reinforcement learning, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in AI development and deployment.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of trust mechanisms and safety features within AI systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions based on identified issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
  • Experience with distributed systems and cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of security and privacy principles, especially in the context of AI and machine learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Apache Kafka, Fiddler, and Apache Spark.
  • Knowledge of NIST guidelines and best practices in AI development and deployment.
  • Experience with financial systems and operations.
