About the Opportunity:The DEVELOPER MARKETING MANAGER is responsible for designing and executing marketing programs that engage developers and technical decision makers, driving product adoption and account growth through both product-led and sales-led strategies. This role partners closely with developer relations, product marketing, and sales teams to convert developer interest into measurable business outcomes, supporting key product launches, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end developer and technical programs including podcasts, webinars, livestreams, workshops, and onboarding sessionsTransform developer relations content into repeatable marketing programs for cloud and security productsSupport sales-led growth with field events and customer briefings, and product-led growth with sign-up driving programsLead the developer and open source presence at industry events such as KubeCon and activities with CNCF and The Linux FoundationOversee program budgets, vendors, sponsorships, and measure ROI, reporting results to stakeholdersCoordinate the developer program calendar alongside developer relations and product marketing teams, optimizing initiatives Requirements:Minimum of 8 years experience in developer, community, or program marketingProven experience managing scalable recurring developer or customer programs such as webinars and newslettersExperience supporting sales-led teams via field events, sponsorships, and customer briefings, including budget and vendor managementStrong collaboration with developer relations teams to build repeatable content-driven programsExcellent written communication skills, capable of making technical topics accessible to both developers and technical buyers Pay Range and Compensation Package:For US-based candidates, base salary ranges from $126,800 to $228,200 per year; final salary depends on experience, skills, certifications, and locationCompensation may include annual bonuses, equity awards, and participation in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan Benefits & Perks:Medical insurance401(k) savings planPaid maternity leave Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
