Developer (Back End & Delivery)

Day-To-Day Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code using at least three of our core stack technologies (Java, Python, JavaScript/Vue.js/React, PHP, or C#).
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, architecture, feature development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure seamless data flow between front-end interfaces and server-side logic.
• Actively investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in existing software systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development or engineering.
• Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in at least three (3) of the following five technologies: Java, Python, JavaScript (specifically utilizing Vue.js or React frameworks), PHP, or C#.
• Ability to consistently work standard East Coast (EST) business hours.
• Experience writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong communication skills for a fully remote, distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Full-stack development experience utilizing a combination of the required languages.
• Experience with version control systems, primarily Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
