Opportunity Details

Top Compensation plus Leadership Stipends (commensurate with experience)
36 weeks of work required with option to work for additional compensation during the remaining 16 weeks.
Full-Time W2 Status, Comprehensive Benefits, & 401k
Ability to maintain clinical work alongside a senior level leadership role
Travel is 100% Company paid – Location will vary depending on needs

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Must have at least 3 years of Chief/Director Leadership Experience
• Board certification required
• Possess strong administrative and team building skills to manage the clinical and operational challenges associated with establishing a department
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Work effectively with hospital administration, surgeons, procedural specialists, and anesthesia clinicians
• Absorb staffing models, budgets, and compensation/financial matters
• Participate in monthly corporate chief meetings, quarterly management team meetings, and other phone conferences, as necessary
