Dev Ops Engineer III
Role Summary
RPA Developer III is a senior-level role responsible for designing scalable, efficient, and resilient automation solutions. This role provides technical leadership and mentors junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex RPA solutions using UiPath
- Lead technical discussions and solution architecture for automations
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and APIs
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of software development or RPA experience
- Strong expertise in UiPath and automation frameworks
- Advanced programming and system integration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
- Experience with AI/ML integrations, OCR, or intelligent automation
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control)
