About the role
Our Registered Nurses promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members. This is a full-time (0.8 FTE) opportunity with 8-hour shifts at our Monroe location, offering up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Complete the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a detox setting.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Supervise and guide assigned team members in delivering high-quality care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (AA/BSN).
- Current license to practice nursing in Washington State.
- Preferred: One year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
- Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications (provided during Fairfax new hire training).
