The Detail Specialist 1 and Detail Specialist 2 positions at Teph Seal Auto Appearance involve maintaining the facilities to produce high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing various tasks related to vehicle detailing and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facilities of the store to produce high quality service.
• Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees, and quick response to all customer inquiries and/or complaints.
• Drive, detail, and clean vehicles.
• Use manual dexterity and bodily coordination to perform tasks such as washing the exterior of vehicles, waxing and buffing, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery and surfaces, using air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces, applying preservation chemicals, and cleaning and removing grease from engines or engine compartments.
• May be required to use different types of dyes, paints, and waxes to protect the leather or fabric of vehicles.
• Work with and move numerous vehicles during the course of the working day.
• Receive detailed information through oral communication and distinguish small imperfections in work.
• Work with a sense of urgency that demonstrates the value placed on customers' time.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience, Detail Specialist 2 - 2 plus years experience.
• Qualifications: Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Skills: Ability to learn quickly, work as part of a team, read and comprehend instructions, treat customers' personal vehicles with great care and respect, come to work on time and stay on task when on the clock, drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles, and be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
