Job Summary

Teph Seal Auto Appearance is seeking Detail Specialists to join our team. Positions available include Detail Specialist 1 and Detail Specialist 2, with the latter requiring 2+ years of experience.

About the Role

Maintain the facilities of the store to produce high quality service. Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees and quick response to all customer inquiries and/or complaints establishing conclusions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Drive, detail, and clean vehicles
• Use manual dexterity and bodily coordination to perform tasks such as washing the exterior of vehicles, waxing and buffing, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery and surfaces, using air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces, applying preservation chemicals, and removing grease from engines or engine compartments
• May use different types of dyes, paints, and waxes to protect leather or fabric
• Work with a sense of urgency that demonstrates the value we place on customers' time
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years for Detail Specialist 1, 2+ years for Detail Specialist 2
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to learn quickly
• Team player and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Willingness to come to work on time and stay on task when on the clock
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays and holidays as needed
• Commitment to reporting to work on time and staying on task during shifts
