Detailer

About the role

Penske Rapid Repair, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a Detailer to support the Sales and Service Departments with clean and finely detailed vehicles. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present vehicles to customers or potential customers in a clean and detailed manner.
• Ensure all vehicles are presented in accordance with the dealership’s standards and customer expectations.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service Departments to ensure vehicles are ready for show.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Pay

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.
