Detailer

About the role

The Detailer supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. This role involves washing, cleaning, waxing, vacuuming, and detailing boats for scheduled customer pickups, display, and service.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports and stages customer boats and ATVs to service, rigging, and storage yard by moving units from one location to another as necessary.
• Maintains an updated list of cleaning supplies and informs Service Manager or Service Lead of needed items.
• Aids Rigger and Service Specialist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) verification processes.
• Informs Service Manager or Service Lead of any unit concerns or required repairs.
• Performs grounds and facility maintenance as required.
• Keeps work area neat and clean.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.
• Successful completion of DOT physical may be required.

Skills

• Ability to complete simple math calculations.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and fellow outfitters.

Pay

$16.83 - $19.80 per hour
