Destination Services Operations Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
About the Team
The Destination Services Team is part of the Global Mobility Services department. We support employees at all stages of their mobility journey and provide a best-in-class destination services experience through professional management of resources, ensuring reliable adoption of standard global mobility processes and policies, and managing external vendor performance.
Destination services include:
- Home rental service: Assist with finding housing options, negotiating lease terms.
- Settling-in service: Assist with bank account opening, utilities set up, etc.
- Area tour service: Introduce community facilities surrounding the office and popular areas for renting.
- School search service: For employees with accompanying children, share information on local schools, accompany school visits, and provide guidance on the school application process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee landing destination services in all countries in the AMS region, manage local vendors, improve employee satisfaction scores, and standardize operational processes.
- Assign cases in the AMS region to vendors, ensuring high service delivery and employee experience by managing global vendors and local partners, and setting up operational processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders on escalations or complex matters, coordinating service delivery and follow-up resolution between local service providers and employees.
- Monitor and manage vendor spending by reviewing invoices and ensuring a cost-efficient approach.
- Collaborate with the Policy team, HROP team, and business teams to understand business needs and ensure preparedness.
- Improve employee experience by building and updating the knowledge base for all AMS countries, training internal and external stakeholders, and creating country-specific checklists, guidelines, and manuals.
- Drive global projects to create efficiencies for the team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management and driving global projects.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to support employees relocating from China to the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, resilience, and adaptability to business development needs.
- Advanced data analysis and logical thinking abilities to analyze business data and develop improvement plans.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $121,600 - $220,400 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
