Job Overview
The Destination Planner, Concierge & Property Manager is a dynamic, service-oriented professional responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences while managing the day-to-day operations of Inspirato luxury residences.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
- Administrative Tasks – compliance of daily tasks are imperative to the success in the role. This includes submitting expense reports on time, completing tasks for each arrival, and more.
- Time Management – you are expected to manage your time appropriately. Prioritizing tasks and working efficiently to complete job requirements in the maximum 40-hour work week based on business needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with the designated Manager for questions or concerns regarding property management, pre-arrival planning, member services, and member satisfaction and resolutions.
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to service excellence by upholding luxury standards in all aspects of guest service, communication, and property presentation.
- Execute each task with precision and pride—ensuring every detail, from staging to inspection to itinerary delivery, reflects Inspirato’s commitment to elevated hospitality.
- Provide extraordinary service delivery for members from planning to execution to create memorable experiences by staying abreast of new updates and procedural changes.
- Pre-Trip Planning:
- Create/review customized itinerary, including managing all vendor communication to reserve activities utilizing Inspirato systems
- Maintain consistent and constant communication with members to ensure all needs and wants of member are met
- Providing accurate and knowledgeable information on the destination the member is visiting
- Pre-arrival:
- Review member profiles with special notes, reach out to the planner or Member Success Director for clarification.
- Stock the home with groceries and stage it for arrival.
- Finalize personalized itinerary with Personal Vacation Advisor and guests.
- Arrival:
- C Conduct pre-arrival inspection to identify and resolve issues prior to guest arrival, ensuring asset health and home readiness to Inspirato standards, paying particular attention to cleanliness, consumables levels, etc.
- Light maintenance items will be required both prior to arrival, during a member stay and when home is vacant
- Deliver and present groceries, meet and greet, itinerary review, housekeeping schedule confirmation, ROAF, and last-minute changes.
- During Stay:
- Be accessible for all special requests and on-call emergencies.
- Perform daily in-person check-ins with the member to ensure satisfaction and to inspect housekeeping service completion and quality.
- Prepare incidental folio for guests.
- Departure:
- Present guests with incidental folio for signature, confirm departure and transport times, assist with luggage and transportation, and issue a thank-you letter or personal note.
- C Conduct a check-out inspection to identify any damages and begin preparing the residence for the next arrival.
- S Submit a recap and share stories/photos.
- Maintenance and Property Coordination:
- Follow all property management checklists and SOPs with precision, ensuring no detail is overlooked in the preparation, maintenance, and inspection of each residence.
- Property Maintenance Inspections: Scheduled pre-arrival walk throughs to identify and resolve maintenance issues prior to guest arrival and maintain asset health and appearance.
- Coordination of preventive & corrective services: Scheduling preventive maintenance programs and responding to corrective maintenance needs
- Emergency Service: Prompt response to any identified or requested maintenance within 24 hours by a trained and uniformed service professional
- Storm Preparedness: Execute hurricane and storm preparedness checklist provided by Inspirato.
- Self-Service Resolutions: Independently perform light maintenance tasks such as:
- Changing air filters (HVAC, range hood)
- Tightening hinges or handles
- Replacing light bulbs
- Testing & replacing smoke detectors and CO alarms
- Resetting tripped breakers
- Touching up paint and patching small holes
- Unclogging drains and toilets
- Replacing toilet flappers & checking for leaks
- Cleaning calcium/lime build-up from fixtures
- Skimming pools and hot tubs

- Demonstrate a strong sense of pride in delivering high-touch, detail-oriented service, where even the smallest elements—from the staging of a room to the tone of a welcome note—reflect the luxury standard.
- Follow established checklists and procedures with discipline and precision, ensuring operational excellence is never left to chance.
- Maintain a mindset of consistency, hospitality, and proactive service—anticipating member needs before they arise and delivering seamless experiences with grace and care.
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in hospitality management or business administration
- Hospitality and guest service experience, including solid knowledge of the local area.
- Honest, respectful, trustworthy, dependable, caring, and fun.
- Excellent employee and member interaction.
- Organization and high level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent oral, and written communication and listening skills.
- Upbeat, positive disposition with a genuine “can do” attitude.
- Proficient with communication technology (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and chat applications)
- Flexible schedule, including long days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a reliable vehicle with a valid Driver’s license.
