Purpose Statement
The Executive Concierge Travel Advisor delivers white-glove, bespoke travel and lifestyle services to a distinguished portfolio of high-profile executives and VIP clients. This role is dedicated to crafting exceptional, seamless, and highly personalized travel experiences while upholding the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Serve as the primary luxury travel advisor and concierge for executive and VIP clientele, delivering comprehensive, end-to-end travel and lifestyle services.
- Design and manage sophisticated domestic and international itineraries including first and business class air, hotels and resorts, private transfers, dining reservations, entertainment, and exclusive experiences.
- Oversee the complete reservation lifecycle: booking, ticketing, exchanges, modifications, quality assurance, and fulfillment with precision and care.
- Provide strategic, consultative guidance and insider recommendations tailored to each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and travel profile.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive traveler and corporate information.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships through proactive communication, anticipation of needs, and personalized service.
- Resolve complex travel challenges with creativity, urgency, and discretion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and luxury service standards.
- Engage in training, supplier, and engagement programs either virtually or in-person as required.
- Demonstrate passion and energy within the organization and always act according to company Ethics, Values, and Compliance guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of recent professional experience in a high-end travel agency environment managing domestic and international travel.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sabre GDS experience required.
- Extensive firsthand knowledge of destinations, five-star hotels, cruise lines, and premium travel products.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international fare structures and ticketing regulations.
- Ability to handle personal and confidential traveler information with the highest level of integrity.
- Established relationships with suppliers, cruise lines, and tour operators strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat high-touch travel business.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills across verbal, written, and digital channels.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities and refined judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple high-touch priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a professional team structure.
- Advanced proficiency in travel technology platforms, booking systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
Pay
In accordance with state law, the annual range/hourly rate for this role is $56,803.00 - 76,852.00.
