Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities

• Create and trial new recipes daily while mastering tried-and-true favorites, as Epic menus change regularly.
• Participate in catered events hosted at Epic to try new things and showcase your work.
• Enjoy a high level of autonomy from the outset, with support from your team.
• Opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles.

Requirements

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Pay

Competitive pay with annual bonus and raise. Eligible for annual raises and bonuses, as well as stock grants, giving you a greater stake in the success of Epic and our customers.

Schedule

Full-time hours with a 5am‑8am start time, Monday‑Friday.
