About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility. Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Compose and scratch-bake desserts such as cookies, cakes, pies, and more.
• Create and trial new recipes while mastering tried-and-true favorites.
• Participate in catered events hosted at Epic to try new things and show off.
• Enjoy a high level of autonomy from the outset.
• Pursue opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles.

Requirements

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
