About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility. Epic menus change daily, allowing Breakfast Bakers opportunities to create and trial new recipes while mastering tried-and-true favorites. Catered events hosted at Epic are a great opportunity to try new things and show off. While you'll have the support of your team, you also have a high level of autonomy from the outset, and opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles. Responsibilities

• Compose and scratch-bake desserts (cookies, cakes, pies, etc.)
• Create and trial new recipes daily
• Master tried-and-true favorites
• Participate in catered events to showcase creations
• Work autonomously with team support
• Pursue leadership and management growth opportunities

Requirements

• Professional baking experience, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination
