About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Creativity, Variety, & Ownership

Epic menus change daily, allowing Breakfast Bakers opportunities to create and trial new recipes while mastering the tried-and-true favorites. Catered events hosted at Epic are a great opportunity to try new things and show off. While you'll have the support of your team, you also have a high level of autonomy from the outset, and opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles.

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive pay with annual bonus and raise
• Full-time hours (5am-7am start time) Monday-Friday

Requirements

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination
