Responsibilities

• Create and trial new dessert recipes daily while mastering tried-and-true favorites
• Participate in catered events to showcase new ideas
• Work with high autonomy from the outset
• Grow into leadership and management roles over time

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Location & relocation

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
