Dessert Bakery Chef

About the role

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Compose and scratch-bake desserts including cookies, cakes, pies, and more
• Create and trial new recipes while mastering tried-and-true favorites as menus change daily
• Participate in catered events hosted at Epic to try new things and showcase creations
• Work with a high level of autonomy from the outset
• Opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles

Requirements

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive pay with annual bonus and raise
• Full-time hours (5am-7am start time) Monday-Friday
