Dessert Bakery Chef

About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Create and trial new recipes while mastering tried-and-true favorites as part of daily-changing Epic menus
• Prepare baked goods for catered events hosted at Epic
• Work with a high level of autonomy from the outset
• Opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles

Schedule

• Full-time hours with 5am-7am start time
• Monday-Friday

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination
