Dessert Bakery Chef

About the role

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area; we recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. You will work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch‑bake desserts such as cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state‑of‑the‑art facility.

Responsibilities

• Compose and scratch‑bake a variety of desserts (cookies, cakes, pies, etc.)
• Create and trial new recipes daily while mastering tried‑and‑true favorites
• Participate in catered events hosted at Epic to showcase your creations
• Enjoy a high level of autonomy from the outset, with opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles

Requirements

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• COVID‑19 vaccination required

Schedule

Full‑time hours: 5 am – 8 am start time, Monday‑Friday.
