Dessert Bakery Chef

About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Compose and scratch-bake desserts including cookies, cakes, pies, and more
• Participate in daily menu creation and trial new recipes
• Support catered events by showcasing new creations
• Collaborate with a team of culinary professionals in a high-volume environment

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination required

• Monday–Friday
• 5:00 am start time

Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
