Dessert Bakery Chef

About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Create and scratch-bake desserts such as cookies, cakes, pies, and more
• Participate in daily Epic menus that change to trial new recipes and master favorites
• Contribute to catered events hosted at Epic, offering opportunities to try new things and showcase creativity

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Schedule

• Full-time hours with a 5am–7am start time, Monday through Friday
