Desktop Technician
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Device Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is preparing devices for student use.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and refurbish used devices, including removing any stickers or markings, to restore them to a like-new condition.
- Assign cleaned devices to students according to deployment schedules.
- Handle devices and data with care, demonstrating trustworthiness and reliability.
- Utilize an asset management system to track and manage devices (training and credentials will be provided).
