About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to participate in an intensive training program designed to develop technical and professional skills for young adults.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in classroom training in areas such as Business Operations, IT Support, Financial Operations, Banking, Project Management, and Customer Success.
• Participating in internships and job placement opportunities with leading organizations.
• Building professional communication, interviewing, and networking skills.
• Creating resumes and receiving ongoing coaching and mentorship to support career launch.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• No Bachelor’s degree obtained.
• Availability Monday through Friday.
• Ability to answer additional screening questions during application.
