About the role
Desktop Support Technician position in San Francisco, CA, Financial District, onsite five days a week, a short walk from Montgomery BART. Contract, open-ended.
Responsibilities
- Windows 10/11, laptops and desktops, imaging and setup
- Microsoft 365, Active Directory
- Resets, lockouts, account management
- Remote users on AVD and VPN
- Conference room AV before meetings
Requirements
- 2+ years IT Desktop and/or Service Desk support
- Comfortable with Windows, M365, and AD
- Having worked in a Financial services IT and/or MSP environment is preferred
- Degree and certifications are a plus, but not required
