Desktop Support Training Program

Additional duties: Facilitating access to internships and job placement services through a leading talent placement firm, offering personalized coaching, mentorship, and support to prepare participants for employment or further education. Qualifications and skills required: High school diploma or GED, eligibility to work in the U.S., motivation to learn, and availability Monday through Friday. Candidates should have not obtained a Bachelor's degree and may undergo additional screening. Benefits of the role: Participants gain professional communication, networking, and resume skills, along with ongoing support. During internships, students earn a weekly stipend of $525. Outcome: Graduates are prepared for employment or further education, with 72% employed or enrolled within four months and an average starting salary of $55,000 annually.
