About the role

Support faculty in utilizing instructional technology as part of the Teaching and Learning Services (TLS) team. Maintain and manage educational technology tools and resources for effective faculty and student use. Serve as a primary contact for end-users (faculty, staff, etc.) regarding instructional technology inquiries and issues. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to instructional technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS). Develop and deliver training materials, such as videos, guides, and web content, to support professional development. Host both in-person and virtual support and training sessions for end-users. Efficiently manage and resolve support tickets and requests. Ensure compliance with accessibility laws and integrate accessibility into technology tools and training. Collaborate with ITS team members and other departments to assess user needs and deliver comprehensive support. Assist with project tasks, ensuring completion within scope, schedule, and budget constraints under supervision. Update and make minor edits to WordPress websites. Create promotional and informational materials using Adobe products (e.g., fliers, adverts). Communicate effectively and clearly with diverse university stakeholders. Adapt to rapidly changing technology and shifting priorities. Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. Perform other related duties as required in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

Pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
