Desktop Support Technician - IT Solutions - Indianapolis, IN
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a wide range of desktop and laptop hardware and software issues. You will work closely with other IT team members and assist in the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in desktop support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and applications
- Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with network and infrastructure support
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Absolutely must be a highly motivated individual
- Certification in A+ and/or Network+ is a plus
