Responsibilities
- Tests, implements, and documents new/existing solutions for hardware/software to improve and standardize the organization's usage of systems related to desktop support hardware.
- Assists in imaging computers with the Windows operating system for incident and service requests from the hospital.
- Assists with clinic setups when needed and ensures that hardware such as scanners and Imprivata are working as intended at these clinics.
- Affords hardware setup for users requesting a conference room be set up with computer hardware.
- Affords support for new processes and software implementations.
- Maintains and deploys various desktop technologies and solutions; analyzes and makes recommendations for hardware and software standardization.
- Addresses user tickets regarding hardware, software.
Qualifications
- High School Equivalency Diploma
- Comp TIA A+ CERTIFICATION
- ITIL Foundations Certification or a related field certification
- 3+ years progressively responsible experience in Technical Support of Computers Systems
- Fleet Safety
PREFERRED
- Associate's degree in Business
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years progressively responsible experience in Technical Support of Computers Systems
