Responsibilities
- Performs IT Concierge Support duties that include “rounding” the hospital floors to assist with issues that need to be fixed immediately.
- Works assigned tickets from the Desktop Support Lead and looks for additional issues that may have yet to be reported.
- Performs break/fix on the physical hardware of the organization by either replacing or repairing in a timely manner.
- Maintains the functionality of PCs in the organization (not to include vendor owned systems).
- Assists in imaging/repairing computers with the Windows operating system for incident, service requests and operating system updates for the organization.
- Assists with clinic setups when needed and make sure hardware such as scanners and Imprivata are working at these clinics as intended.
- Assists in the setup of hardware for users requesting a conference room be setup with computer hardware.
- Orders hardware and software.
- Understands business processes & best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Essential: HS Diploma/GED
- Required: 2+ years related experience
- PREFERRED: CompTIA A+ Certified, ITIL Certification or a related field and 3+ years of IT Technical Support experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certified

Pay
The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates. Min = $20.00 Mid = $25.00 Max = $30.00
