Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

- Mid = $25.00
- Max = $30.00
Responsibilities
Performs IT Concierge Support duties that include “rounding” the hospital floors to assist with issues that need to be fixed immediately; works assigned tickets from the Desktop Support Lead and looks for additional issues that may have yet to be reported.
Performs break/fix on the physical hardware of the organization by either replacing or repairing in a timely manner; maintains the functionality of PCs in the organization (not to include vendor owned systems).
Orders hardware and software.
Understands business processes & best practices.
Requirements
Essential: HS DIPLOMA/GED
Other Information Required: 2+ years related experience
PREFERRED: CompTIA A+ Certified, ITIL Certification or a related field and 3+ years of IT Technical Support experience.
