Key Responsibilities
- Perform break-fix repairs on Dell laptops and desktops
- Replace Hardware Components Including Motherboards, LCD screens, Hard drives, Keyboards, PC peripherals
- Complete whole-unit swaps when necessary
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on laptop/desktop break-fix experience
- Experience diagnosing Dell laptops and PCs
- Experience Replacing Motherboards And LCD Screens
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
