Desktop Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician - Imaging and Deployment to join their team onsite in Cambridge, MA and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows-based endpoints, device imaging, provisioning, and end-user deployments.
Responsibilities
- Perform Windows-based workstation imaging, provisioning, and deployment for laptops, desktops, and other endpoint devices
- Prepare new devices for deployment, including operating system installation, drivers, applications, security configurations, and corporate settings
- Execute hardware refresh and technology deployment projects from staging through end-user delivery
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of Imaging and deployment experience
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow system
- Strong technical skills
Pay
The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
