Desktop Support Technician
About the role
Our client is seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Waukesha, WI and provide end-user support. At CompucomStaffing, you’re more than just a number. W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
Responsibilities
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks
- Image, set up, and deploy desktop systems
- Perform asset tracking in ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot desktop support issues
- Provide customer-facing support
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of IMAC experience
- Knowledge of imaging, set up, and deployment
- Strong desktop support troubleshooting experience
- Good customer-facing skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
Pay
The rate for this position is between $18.75 - $25.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
