Desktop Support Technician

About the Role

Our client is seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Goldsboro, NC and provide end-user support. At CompucomStaffing, you’re more than just a number. Responsibilities

• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks
• Image, set up, and deploy desktop systems
• Perform asset tracking in ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot desktop support issues
• Provide customer-facing support

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of IMAC experience
• Strong desktop support troubleshooting experience
• Good customer-facing skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• W2 employment only, no Corp to Corp

Pay

The rate for this position is between $18.75 - $25.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
