Desktop Support Technician
About the role
This is a contract role with a duration of Two weeks. Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Terrace Doral, FL.
Responsibilities
- Open, update, and close support tickets in ServiceNow
- Windows/Mac experience, Windows 11 OS
- Navigating and troubleshooting Active Directory experience ("managing users and computers")
- Experience imaging and installing Laptops and PCs
- Microsoft Intune experience - Managing users and devices
- Office 365 - Troubleshooting experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience providing onsite desktop support
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Must have ability to stand, bend, stoop, and or kneel for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Pay
The rate for this position is between $22.38 - $29.84 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
