Desktop Support Technician

About the role

Day to Day: Deliver, replace, and upgrade Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices. Provision new devices and assist employees with enrollment. Configure Wi-Fi, Azure MFA, SSO, M365, and Outlook. Back up and migrate iOS data through OneDrive. Verify applications, configurations, and peripherals are working. Troubleshoot deployment issues and escalate when necessary. Collect, tag, document, and process old devices.

Requirements

• Hands-on desktop/PC support or deployment experience
• Windows 11 support
• iOS/iPhone support
• M365/Outlook
• Azure MFA & SSO
• Device provisioning/enrollment
• Strong end-user/customer-facing support skills
• Basic application/peripheral troubleshooting

Pay

$16/hr.–$17/hr.
