Technical Skills:
- Troubleshooting and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Windows 10 experience
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Desktop imaging (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
- Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes
- Printer support (HP, Canon, Toshiba)
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users in a fast-paced environment.
Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues using troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
Manage and maintain Windows 10 environments and Microsoft Active Directory.
Perform desktop imaging tasks using MDT, LTI, and ZTI.
Support Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, and IBM Lotus Notes applications.
Assist with printer support for HP, Canon, and Toshiba printers.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical skills in Windows 10 and related technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow and other IT management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and imaging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CCNA or similar certification preferred
