Desktop Support Specialist
Seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day desktop and end-user support in a corporate environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and basic network issues while delivering excellent customer service to employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, laptop, and end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Respond to tickets, phone calls, and walk-up support requests
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and mobile devices
- Handle user account administration and access management
- Image, deploy, and configure desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot conference room technology and meeting spaces
- Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures
- Assist with device refreshes, software deployments, and ongoing IT projects
- Support executive-level users and provide a high level of customer service
Qualifications
- Experience supporting users in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a hybrid position based in San Diego, CA. The role is a contract position.
